"Stockinette stitch" is a crochet stitch that can be used to create a fabric similar to knitted stockinette stitch. The knitting method is the same as knitting, but the position of the needle is different. I wanted to create a crochet project that would be easy for beginners to try with pull-up stitches, so I crocheted a cowl. This project uses the double crochet pull-up stitch, which is the most common pull-up stitch. There are two types of pull-up stitches: pull-up stitch and reverse pull-up stitch.

I already have a page explaining how to crochet a "stretchy cast-on" for right-handed people, and now I've added a version for left-handed people. I've never held a crochet hook with my left hand, so I apologize if the video is a bit awkward!
