This is a crocheted piece.
I love bags and there was a time when I made lots of them.
I've made a lot of bags through sewing, but I also make bags through crocheting!
Come to think of it, I haven't made any recently, so I decided to try knitting some popcorn stitches, which I don't use much.
When traveling with children, it's more convenient to have both hands free, so I was wondering whether to get a shoulder bag, but I decided to go with a small one.
I'm sure it would look cute on a little girl wearing it crossbody.
When there is nothing inside, it looks like the first photo below, and since it has a round bottom, when you put something inside it looks like the second photo below.

Instructions
① Start knitting from the bottom of the bag. Cast on the bottom and knit 15 double crochets.
Knit rows 2 to 6, increasing the number of stitches each row.
②Once you have knitted the bottom of the bag, continue knitting the sides.
The sides are made with grid and popcorn stitches, creating a pattern in the knitted fabric.
③Once you have finished knitting the side, continue by chaining 12 stitches to make a button loop, then knit through the stitches and cut the yarn.
④ Place the yarn where shown in the pattern and knit the bag handle using a double crochet back and forth. Increase a stitch at both ends of the first row and decrease a stitch at both ends of the last row.
Please adjust the length to your liking.
Once you have finished knitting the final row of the handle, use a roll stitch to secure the handle at the desired fastening point and you're done.
