I wanted to create a crochet project that would be easy for beginners to try with pull-up stitches, so I crocheted a cowl. This project uses the double crochet pull-up stitch, which is the most common pull-up stitch. There are two types of pull-up stitches: pull-up stitch and reverse pull-up stitch.

This is the crochet project I made: a crocheted headband made to fit perfectly. The impression changes depending on where you place the crossed ends, so you can wear it differently depending on your mood that day. I used a stretchy cast-on for comfort.
