Here we explain how to crochet the twisted knit stitch using video and still images.
The cover of the video shows the knitting pattern symbols (stitch symbols) for "twisted knitting."
The twisted stitch is similar to the back stitch, but unlike the back stitch, you knit it in the same direction as normal. When you knit the next row after the twisted stitch, pick up one of the diagonal yarns that is sticking out at the back of the knitted fabric and knit it.
There are also images comparing the appearance of twisted knit stitch and back knit stitch, so please use this as a reference when you are unsure which one to use for edge knitting.

Twisted and back knitting
Both twisted knitting and back knitting create sturdy stitches, making them easy to use for edge knitting. If you compare the stitches, you'll notice that the direction of the stitches is reversed: twisted knitting goes diagonally up to the left, while back knitting goes diagonally up to the right. Back knitting is fluffier and thicker.

If you look at the back of the knitted fabric, it will look like the image below.
When picking up a stitch from the twisted knit stitch and knitting the next row, pick up one stitch on the back and insert the needle, and it will look like this.
I've never picked up a stitch from a back knit stitch to knit the next row, but you can pick up the single yarn that is visible diagonally as shown in the image below and knit it.
