This page provides instructions on how to crochet using the "ring stitch" technique, using both videos and still images.
The image on the video's cover is the knitting pattern symbol (stitch symbol) for "ring knitting".
Ring knitting is a technique that feels like a slightly modified single crochet, and once you get the hang of it, you'll probably find it enjoyable. The yarn loops appear on the back of the fabric, creating a stitch that looks like a series of rings. Typically, the side with the rings is used as the right side of the fabric.
In the next row after knitting in a ring, you can create a pattern that looks like a bundle of rings by picking up several rings and knitting around them.
Ring knitting allows you to create interesting fabrics that you can't get with basic knitting techniques, so if you have the opportunity to knit, please refer to this as well.
