I knitted this as a gift for my mother, and it's so beautiful that I want to knit one for myself in a different color.

"Pineapple Poncho" by seazoo

I used medium weight merino wool yarn and a size 7 crochet hook to knit this. I ran out of yarn halfway through, so the color scheme ended up like this.
It was fun to knit and it's very warm when I put it on. I love how the block patterned hem flows loosely.

Sato's "Pineapple Poncho"

I knitted this while visiting my parents' house over the New Year holidays.
This recipe makes it easy to remember the rules for increasing stitches and the pineapple parts, so I was glad I could knit it without having to stare at the pattern!
I chose the colorful nep yarn because I wanted to match it with denim and tunics.
In fact, it was so cold in February that I added a block pattern on top of the pineapple pattern, decreasing using the same method as the bottom.
It drapes lightly around the collar, making it even warmer!

Rico's "Fashionable Apron"

When I first saw this piece, I fell in love at first sight with the beauty of this knitted apron, something I had never seen before.
It took a while after I bought the pattern, but I was able to complete it.

The yarn has a strong presence even in one color, so the finished product was very beautiful.

Pretty 60's "Colon Colon Necklace"

I tried knitting it with wool for winter.
It's short, but different colors
I was able to knit exactly two strands with the remaining yarn.

I was able to knit it quickly in a short amount of time.
Next time I'll try making it in a different color.

It was so much fun to make that I ended up making three in one go.
It's a small brooch, so it makes a great little accent piece.

kaoru_nyanko's "Let's Beret!"

The rhythm of the knitting pattern was pleasant and I had a lot of fun knitting it.
The off-white is knitted using the specified yarn, British Eroica, and the brown is knitted using silk mohair yarn.
It's a beautiful pattern with clear shadows.

Leon Lemon's "Asymmetrical Cowl"

I made a mistake along the way and had to go back, but I finished it.
It was fun. I think I'll try knitting another one in a different color.

Wami's "finger mittens"

I knitted mittens for the first time!
I'm so relieved to have finished it. The recipe called for a very cute sock yarn, but I thought it might be a little too thin for me, so I tried knitting it with ROWAN Felted Tweed, which was used in another recipe, using the same size 4 crochet hook and reducing the number of cast-on stitches to 60.
Because it didn't follow the pattern exactly, I had to think about it a lot, wondering if it was okay, but once the pattern started to emerge, it was fun to knit. I was also very happy that the size was just right.
I look forward to more wonderful recipes in the future.
