This is the crochet project I made: a Mont Blanc crochet tin made from a small basket. I used some washi yarn I had at home for the yellow lid. It's made strong by repeating the loop stitches, so any yarn thicker than medium should be fine. It's difficult to find a basket of the same size, but the recipe is to simply place it over the basket...
